Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican ( dhmf.org/dominican ) is seeking a Family Medicine Physicians to join our physician led, patient centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital ( dominicanhospital.org ).

Compensation/Benefits Include: 18 month salary guarantee: $303,807/year
Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000
Residency signing stipend: $18,000
Sign on bonus up to $125,000
Relocation assistance: $20,000

The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
