Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Education Researchers to join our consultant roster. As a consultant, you will collaborate with our team on a project-by-project basis, contributing your expertise to address key challenges in education. This role offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to engage in stimulating projects that influence educational practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough literature reviews to inform research design and identify gaps in existing knowledge within the field of education.
Designing and implementing rigorous research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
Producing high-quality reports and presentations that translate research findings into actionable insights for clients.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in education research.
Familiarity with current trends and challenges in the education sector, including a nuanced understanding of diverse educational systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
