We are currently looking for an Automotive Service Manager and Service Writer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a decent knowledge base of the Automotive industry and knows the general processes of an Automotive Shop.
This person will be responsible for business operations and store performance (safety, efficiencies, and profit/loss accountability). He or she promotes customer satisfaction and retention and growth of existing and new business. We also need this person to promote a collaborative work environment.

Automotive Service Manager Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of automotive shop or service management experience required
MUST LIVE IN COMMUTING DISTANCE TO Dallas, TX
Excellent customer service disposition and communication skills
Strong POS computer and Internet skills
Leadership ability and team building skills
Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Overseeing complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations-building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
Overseeing technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
Maintaining inventory counts and other duties as assigned by owner
