The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems and services, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technologies and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain our Azure cloud environment, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and other Azure services.

Manage and support our Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our cloud-based systems and services.

Implement and enforce security best practices and policies to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access to our cloud environment.

Plan and execute migrations to Azure and M365, including assessing requirements, developing migration plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance on cloud-related matters.

Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in cloud computing, Azure, and M365, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provide training and support to end-users on Azure and M365 applications and services as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or experience; relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified.

5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) administration.

Knowledge of Azure services and architecture, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, etc.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.

Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, with experience implementing security controls and monitoring solutions in Azure and M365.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management in Azure and M365 environments.

Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in cloud-based systems and services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
