Job Description Job Description Summary of Job Responsibilities: Under general supervision with established policies and procedures, is responsible for managing the network and systems of the bank. The Systems Administrator will possess in-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware, and have a solid understanding of Cisco networking technologies, Microsoft 365 and Azure. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex IT infrastructures. Analyzes hardware and software issues, trains staff, and troubleshoots problems. Accountable for complying with all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering regulations, bank policies and procedures.
Essential Duties: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communications, and computer network systems.
Consult and assist manufacturer's representatives in the installation of new computer equipment. Assist other technicians or the SVP in repairing, installing, and testing of equipment, software or other items as necessary.
Design, implement, and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure reliable and efficient use.
Provide ongoing support for Windows Server operating systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Support internal phone Perform moves, adds, deletes and other changes for phone users. Provide phone support and training to new users and solve miscellaneous phone problems.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and monitoring of virtual machines to optimize performance and resource utilization.
Maintain system documentation and help update computer maintenance
Advise, test, and implement new technology in the
Monitor and manage the bank's Patch Management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Microsoft certifications
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure, 365 or VMware.
Self-starter, ability to work with little
Knowledge of Veeam backup helpful
