**Salary Range** **:** Pay depends on number of site visits; $75 per phone visit, $150 per in-person visit. The University of Colorado Colorado Springs will not sponsor work visas or permanent resident applications for this position.

**Summary**

The Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences (om/get\_redirect.php?id=5283869&targetURL=ccs.edu/) at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturer - Nursing Site Visitors from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.

The position will serve as a site visitor for nurse practitioner students. Site visits will be done in person or by phone, and site visitors will be assigned no more than 8 students per semester. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule. Specialties include Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (Adult/Gero) and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program options.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Active Advanced Practice License/Registration

+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience as either a Family Nurse Practitioner, Psych Nurse Practitioner, or an Adult Gero Nurse Practitioner

**Physical Requirements**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to move. Employee is occasionally required to have long periods of sitting, moderate bending, and fine motor skills. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
