About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the Product team in driving the product vision, strategy, and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and must have a proven track record of managing successful products. This role requires a persistent focus on delivering creative features that ensure market differentiation and a deep understanding of the ML and Analytics/BI domains, with at least 10 years of experience in both. The VP of Product Management will also be tasked with creating buy-in for the product vision, both internally and externally, and must be adept at communicating the product roadmap to key customers and gathering feedback. Qualifications for this position include 10+ years of experience in product management with a complex B2B SaaS product, a deep understanding of various analytics and BI tools, and experience with GenAI and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in approaches and technologies such as Big Data, distributed computing, HDFS, and Spark. Personal characteristics that are highly valued at the company include impeccable follow-through, a thoughtful and fast approach, being data-driven, a strong work ethic, and a customer-obsessed mindset. The VP of Product Management will also be expected to hire, coach, and mentor a team of product managers to deliver world-class results and to collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and technical solutions.
