This role involves representing clients on a wide range of labour and employment issues, offering expert counseling, compliance support, and efficient dispute resolution to minimise business disruptions.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic counseling and employment practice advice.
Assist clients with compliance in labour management relations.
Conduct workplace investigations.
Advise on employee benefits and ERISA.
Protect trade secrets, address employee defection, and tackle unfair competition.
Support business transactions related to labour and employment.

Qualifications:
