About The Role & Team
You’ll be joining our Lead-to-Close, Business Systems team where we focus on partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive key deliverables, execute on revenue strategy, and foster innovation. As a part of our Corporate Engineering division, our vision is to spearhead technology and data-led solutions and experiences to drive growth & innovation at scale.
To be successful in this role, you’ll utilize past experience to analyze business needs, partner with Revenue teams to recommend, implement optimizations and Revenue technology tools, and work cross-functionally with Amplitude's business teams to ensure they have the data and technical support they need to reach their audience.
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will:
Architect Salesforce Solutions : With a mix of technical prowess and creative thinking, you'll design and implement Salesforce solutions that not only meet our current needs but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Lead and Mentor : Be the guiding light for our junior team members, providing them with the skills and knowledge to grow into future leaders. Your ability to mentor effectively will shape the backbone of our Salesforce team.
Drive Innovation : We're not looking for order takers. We're in search of a problem solver who questions the status quo, thinks independently, and is relentless in the pursuit of innovation.
Be our Best Practices Evangelist : Champion the cause of best practices in process automation, system integrations, and Salesforce solutions, ensuring our team is always ahead of the curve.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
A seasoned Salesforce engineer with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and system integrations.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce with a proven track record in technical proficiency and business process optimization.
A critical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and can navigate through ambiguity with ease.
A passionate mentor who is committed to skilling up junior members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Someone who believes in proactive communication, teamwork, and has a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $129,000 - $194,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $129,000 - $194,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
