RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Maintains the firms tax master tax calendar and annual checklist.2. Assembles and reviews tax compliance requirements for U.S. domestic (federal, state and local)and international tax return preparation and filings, including personal property, sales and use,and other business returns.3. Takes responsibility for the composite filing and tax withholding and payment process, andreconciliations, for partners in all jurisdictions where the partner is not resident or tax domiciled.4. Responds to tax authority requests and supervision of tax audits; Interacts with relevant taxauthorities, as appropriate.5. Supports the indirect (VAT/GST) tax compliance matters.6. QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of job related experience required, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Other Minimum Qualifications: Travel may be required. Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork. Must possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
