For RDG architects, it's also about envisioning what could be, and forging a bold path forward for our clients and ourpractice. We're currently looking for a mid-level architect to join our team and focus on design work for one or more of our key markets including, but not limited to, College & University; Academic Health Science and Research; Healthcare; Community projects; and Senior Living. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design innovative, flexible, collaborative spaces that enhance the quality of life for people of all ages andbackgrounds.

EssentialJobFunctions
Collaborate with the project team and client to develop design details and full constructiondocuments
Growing into and/or serving as a project manager for projects of variousscales
Assist with renderings and other digital communication tools to tell the overall designstory
Learn, develop and push the envelope on design in keymarkets
Produce presentations that communicate our designexpertise
Apply knowledge of codes and working with outsideconsultants

Education&Experience
5-15 yearsexperience
Focus on architectural design and constructiondocumentation
Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Officeapplications
