Minimum Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year Experience working in a customer support center (Help Desk) environment dealing with computer support and end user access and provisioning issues required
Preferred Associates Degree in Business, Information Systems, computer science or related field preferred A+ Certification and Microsoft MCDST preferred Three (3) years experience in a healthcare environment preferred
