STV currently has an opening in our Philadelphia office to work as part of our Transportation & Infrastructure Division.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our Transportation & Infrastructure (T&I) Division to support our client service team. The T&I Division is a dedicated group of professionals in engineering, planning, environmental, architecture, and operations who are committed to designing and building our region’s great infrastructure assets to keep our economy moving forward. At STV we enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, developing innovating ideas, and delivering high quality, impactful projects. This position would be based in our Boston office.
Key Responsibilities Include
Assist in business development, creating and maintaining project win plans, client capture plans, general client strategy and pursuit tracking via CRM.
Develop reports as requested by management using the CRM database.
Provide administrative and technical management support to the technical teams in the T&I Division on projects from pursuit preparation through project initiation.
Requirements
Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to analyze, prepare, and write communications to assist in business development efforts.
Excellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide.
Experience with database management and CRM software is a plus.
Qualifications
College degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts, or an industry-related field
Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is preferred but not required
Compensation Range
$54,382.00 - $71,068.00
