Looking to build your career and design your future? We are seeking a fast paced and self-sufficient Billing Specialist to join our team in West Plano. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a high volume of invoices, verifying billing data, and addressing any billing inquiries. You will collaborate heavily with various internal departments in regards to contract terms, pricing agreements, and company policies. + Generate and process invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules in a accurate and timely manner
+ Verify billing data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
+ Respond to billing inquiries from customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner
+ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes and coordinate to the proper departments as needed
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing billing related inquiries
