Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for our new Hemp/CBD products while meeting and exceeding our company's revenue and growth goals. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and Chief of Sales. Will be responsible for managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Duties/Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and target new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Establish sales objectives and successfully achieve them, all while offering guidance and support to empower the sales team to reach these targets.
Sales projections and forecasting
Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, content, and digital assets.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Project Management
Merchandising Inventory Management
Budget Management
Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Report on financial performance to senior management.
Reporting And Analysis
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to the management team.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide recommendations and strategic insights for continuous growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product/service enhancements and sales strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in marketing strategies, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
Data-driven decision-making abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Travel
Ability to travel up to 50% - 75%
Education And Experience
Experience and Knowledge of Hemp/CBD is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of management experience.
3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000/year
Additional Compensation: Bonus

Habilitation Training Specialists
Saturday and Sunday 7am - 11pm
