Position Summary:

Work with our restaurant partners to regularly review, retain and optimize their performance with Menufy by HungerRush. You will perform general client success duties such as client audits across various marketing channels and working with supporting teams to ensure clients are set up for optimal performance with Menufy, whilst also heavily focusing on the adoption of our game-changing marketing tool (HungerRush 360 Marketing) within our clientbase. You will use your client success skills to build rapport with clients and become a valued partner to their business via your expert Menufy product knowledge and recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our highest volume restaurant partners to ensure continued success. This is a unique position as you operate in a hybrid role between client success and sales and is ideal for someone who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting, growing marketing solution.

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options.

Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business

Communicate with other organizations like Google Support to assist our customers' needs

Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries

Act as a core driver for educating clients about our HR360 Marketing tool and retaining them on this tool

Work off certain goal structures regards HR360M retention within your assigned book of business

Be an ambassador for the HR360M tool and share feedback internally on what clients want to see from the tool.

Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors

Qualifications:

Eduacation

Minimum – High school diploma (or Equivalent)

Preferred – Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 3-year industry or related experience required

Minimum of 3-year customer service/ customer success /sales experience required

1+ years of restaurant experience preferred

Comfortable working off some target structures

Strong relationship building skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets

Experience using Zendesk is preferred but not required

Experience using Gainsight is preferred but not required

Experience with Google Business Profiles, Apple Listings, and Bing Places for Business preferred

Bilingual in Thai
