In this role, you will own the strategic development, implementation and ongoing operations for innovative and new customer experience solutions that give healthcare providers and patients compelling reasons to start and stay on Janssen Gastroenterology biologic therapies. This role provides the opportunity develop strategy, champion insight development, idea generation, execution and measurement of solutions that elevate the healthcare provider, patient and biologic coordinator experience and improve outcomes for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis patients. You will also lead access and fulfillment messaging development, pull-through and field direction.
You will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from Professional and Patient GI Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Learning & Development (SL&D), Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Integrated Portfolio Solutions (IPS) and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the access & fulfillment strategy for GI to spectacularly improve perceptions and transform the customer experience to accelerate growth of Janssen biologic therapies
Partner with Integrated Portfolio Solutions (IPS) to develop targeted access messaging and innovative solutions to improve provider perceptions of access and pull through contracted coverage and access wins
Partner with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) to transform the customer experience for providers, bio-coordinators, and patients, identifying solutions for today and shaping white-space innovation for the long-run
Lead customer experience mapping and research to uncover insights and opportunities to engage and educate biologic-coordinators to address difficulties, facilitate best practice sharing, and improve customer experience with our products
Systematically diagnose access and fulfillment barriers and drive urgency and action in partnership with IPS, ICS and SCG to develop action plans and ensure communication with field teams
Lead field direction in close partnership with Sales Leadership and SL&D
Monitor the competitive landscape and changing market dynamics, particularly related to customer experience and access initiatives, and ensure preparedness for competitive launches
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 3 years of business experience with a minimum of 2 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
Prior Gastroenterology experience facilitating reimbursement and fulfillment solutions for biologics and a detailed understanding of the buy and bill model are strongly preferred.
Strong critical thinking and passion and ability to craft and drive breakthrough innovation to transform the customer experience for providers and patients.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, having proven the ability to lead collaboration across teams, encourage without authority, and support risk-taking.
Experience prioritizing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment, and driving decision-making is crucial to success in this position.
Strong project planning and organization skills.
This position is located in Horsham, PA and requires up to 30% domestic travel.
