Key Performance Indicators: Success will be measured on accuracy of forecast & reporting as it relates to each program. Programs will be executed by other departments within the organization, thus it is imperative to coordinate efforts. New Business Department will need to ensure proper hand off and execution of approved programs. Upon program launch key performance indicators will be evaluated on their forecasted accuracy compared to their actual. Timely handoffs & accuracy will also be key performance indicators for this position. Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Major Challenges and Key Decisions: This position requires a good level of independent thinking, problem solving, and analysis. Education Requirements: Bachelors - Required Additional Education Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, business, psychology/behavioral science or a related field or equivalent experience.
