Key Responsibilities

Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team, encouraging the launch and scaling of innovative business ventures within the marketing field.
Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through effective communication and strategic guidance.
Utilize project management software, preferably ClickUp, to oversee and deliver projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
+5 years experience as a Marketing Director.
Demonstrated leadership within a full-service marketing agency, managing extensive teams.
Substantial experience working with SMB clients across both B2B and B2C sectors.
Broad technical and marketing skills across a variety of strategies and tactics.
Excellent ability to create and manage SOPs for marketing processes.
Highly entrepreneurial with a passion for innovation in the marketing field.
Outstanding skills in managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Expertise in using project management software, preferably ClickUp.
