We are currently seeking an extraordinary Customer Service Representative (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) to work ON-SITE at our facility in Charlotte, NC . This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are detailed-oriented at order entry accuracy while coordinating effective communication between the Customer, Key Account Manager and Manufacturing. You have a passion for providing responsive service to address customer concerns, answer questions, and assist them with their needs, while maintaining a strong sense for quality and continuous improvement to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on Sales Orders
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Schedule, plan and manage meetings as required
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with proper follow up to ensure resolution/customer satisfaction
Provide data and prepare reports as required Learn and use acquired knowledge of products and services to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate department
Develop a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customers
Support the Quality Program process
Additional duties as assigned by management
Your Profile
Desired skills and experience we are looking for:
Associates Degree
Minimum 3 years customer service experience
Previous work experience with manufacturing, specific to pharmaceutical preferred
Familiarity with CRM practices and systems
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Customer-centric with a proven ability to provide high-quality service
Must demonstrate good judgment with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
The ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and situations
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Must possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
