POSITION
As an Associate Regional Director, you will focus on deepening relationships with existing financial advisors and develop new relationships identifying new sales opportunities. You will also provide support for field wholesaler(s) as a home office point of contact and help to resolve complex questions regarding the entire Allspring mutual fund and Separately Managed Account line-up.
RESPONSISBILITIES
Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that increase product sales within the Allspring Global Investments line-up.
Partner with field wholesalers to develop and execute on a territory business plan to meet and exceed territory gross and net sales goals.
Prospects and develops relationships with financial advisors. Develops and delivers actionable written and verbal investment ideas to financial advisors. Uses knowledge of product solutions to provide financial advisors with strategic and timely ideas to identify and implement investment solutions to best meet client needs.
Utilize business tools to target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
CANDIDATE
You must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ plus years of sales experience or a combination of sales consulting and sales negotiation experience.
Successfully completed FINRA SIE and series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years mutual funds sales or service experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to make timely and independent judgement decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
Business development, financial product sales, and consultative selling experience.
