Responsibilities
Engage & Welcome: Offer a warm welcome to guests, swiftly gather vehicle details, and meticulously document any concerns.
Maintenance Guidance: Dive into vehicle service histories, conduct initial inspections, and guide drivers on essential routine maintenance.
Order Preparation: Craft clear repair orders with detailed work descriptions, including accurate time and cost estimates, awaiting client approval.
Consultation: Discuss technician findings with guests, suggest necessary corrective measures, and manage additional repair orders as required.
Repair Monitoring: Keep tabs on repair progress, promptly updating clients on any estimate or timeline adjustments, ensuring they're well-informed and onboard for any extra work.
Order Review: Conduct thorough reviews of finalized repair orders, verifying all work is completed, and additional tasks are authorized and documented.
Client Satisfaction: Strive for and achieve 100% client satisfaction, ensuring every interaction and solution meets their expectations.
