Who we are looking for:

We are looking for Sr. Supply Chain Manager to take the lead in sourcing critical equipment, supplies, forging strong partnerships, and driving operational excellence. Let's pave the way for a more sustainable and efficient future together.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for engineering operations, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary resources.

Develop sustainable and ethical supply chain strategies tailored to operational needs, emphasizing environmental responsibility and social impact.

Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for required materials to meet production demands.

Oversee daily supply chain operations and vendor management for efficient production flow.

Establish and monitor supply chain performance metrics focused on operational efficiency and quality standards.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of materials.

Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements, adapting strategies accordingly.

Implement and manage documentation processes to ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Utilize inventory dashboards and manage ERP systems to optimize inventory levels and streamline operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with focus on strategic sourcing, preferably in metals or related industries.

Preferred certifications include CSCP or CPSM.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and data analytics.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
