Job Description: The position is responsible for supporting all regional distribution centers, work with finance and regional sales teams. Ability to read and understand supply agreements. Monitoring new account onboarding for accuracy and compliance, working with rebate analysts, deal development managers and buying group managers Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of related experience Critical Skills: Equivalent experience in business analysis and/or contract management. Experience with contracts or customer agreements. Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills and working Access knowledge. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on the documentation of workflows. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Preferred Requirements/ Education: Experience in SAP and SalesForce.com preferred Business Objects/BI is a plus. Previous experience in contracting, pricing, finance, or accounting preferred. Experience working with sales teams and customer contracts preferred. Experience with health systems or a background in healthcare is a plus. Associate degree or higher preferred.
