RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead in developing compelling and innovative solutions that align with our brand strategy and elevate our market presence. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of our brand and client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creative expertise, leadership skills and strategic thinking to drive our creative direction forward.
Develop and maintain a cohesive creative vision across all platforms that aligns with the company’s strategic goals
Collaborate closely with marketing, product and business development teams to ensure creative concepts are on-brand and meet business objectives
Oversee the creation and execution of design concepts, artwork and layouts for all projects such as digital campaigns, print materials, product packaging and more
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and within budget
Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and integrity across all creative assets
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refresh and innovate our creative approach
Experience with a variety of software, including Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Flash, Asana, etc.
YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: Proven experience with 5-8 years as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, design projects, and other relevant work
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
Strong understanding of branding, visual design principles, typography and layout
Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field
