About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Executive VP of Sales to lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market strategies, with the primary goal of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a global sales team, conducting market research, and creating business plans to accelerate growth. This role requires a creative strategist with excellent organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record in managing client relationships and profitable partnerships. The EVP of Sales will also be tasked with understanding and meeting the needs of existing customers while acquiring new ones, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of GTM activities.The ideal candidate for the Executive VP of Sales position at the company will have a background in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies, and a strong leadership presence to engage and manage various sales teams. Key responsibilities include setting financial targets, monitoring performance with key metrics, and preparing reports for senior management. The role demands a professional with the ability to collaborate with Finance to manage the sales budget and who is adept at working with direct sales, partnerships, pre-sales, customer success managers, sales operations, and government affairs. A focus on revenue growth in established markets, while selectively expanding into new markets globally through partners, is essential.
