The research development and innovation group partners with NICE’s cutting edge research team to scale out the delivery of new technology and AI models to customers around the world that are tailored to their company, industry, and language needs.
Some, but not all your responsibilities would include:
Productizing AI predictive models
Producing data and model accuracy analyses
Developing & maintaining of scripts/tools to automate both new model production and updates to existing model packages
Working with developers to help design automation and tool improvements for model building
Maintaining documentation of processes and projects across all supported languages and environments
Developing knowledge of the internal data sources
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Python.
1 year bash, python, or equivalent script development, deployment, and execution.
1 year Windows experience with remote access and dos shell.
Must possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
Desire and ability to learn and continually expand knowledge in the data science, machine learning, and speech analytics.
An independent and analytical thinker, capable of running evaluation processes, finding noteworthy phenomena, experimenting, and getting back to the team with conclusions.
What we’d also love to see:
Knowledge and interest in foreign languages and linguistics.
Basic SQL & any database experience.
Technical writing skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence (or other ALM).
Familiarity with source control packages and methodology.
