What you’ll do:
Receiving:
Verify product and material received against bills of lading, packing slips or purchase orders
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and communicates with shipper to rectify issues
Process and enter incoming receiving paperwork into ERP system
Use dolly and/or jack in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
Partner with internal team members to resolve vendor and incoming receiving issues
Shipping:
Pack from 100 to 1,000 pieces properly according to work instructions to avoid damages
Use FedEx and UPS apps for domestic and/or international shipments
Process and enter paperwork into ERP system
Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
Physical Requirements:
Frequently move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing and lifting greater than 50% of day
Regularly required to reach, bend, grab and stoop
What we expect:
Work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week – hours 8:00am – 4:30pm
Occasional additional hours required to meet peak demands
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
Comfortable with learning new skills on the computer (our ERP system)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Follow verbal instructions and use simple math
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Job requires that employee is able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds
Must have excellent eyesight and hearing (cannot be color blind)
Work environment includes machines and tools with sharp moving parts and hot surfaces
Employees may be exposed to moderate noise levels and processes that utilize solder, potting material, conformal coating and cleaning agents, which have various odors
Employees must wear safety glasses ,ESD smocks, ESD straps at all times when on the production floor (all of these items are provided by 4Front)
