Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **System Administrator** to join our team in the **DMV area.** We have opportunities in the **Washington, DC area** as well as **Northern Virginia and Maryland** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

You will install, configure, manage, troubleshoot, and secure Desktop IT systems, servers, printers, storage devices, and peripherals. Perform backup and recovery functions and maintain GAL, AD, DNS, and other network services. The System Administrator documents and reports incidents. They share work and actively engages with other System Administrators.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

+ DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Relevant industry standard certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat Linux, AWS, or VMWare. Experience with scripting languages and automation tools such as Ansible, Salt or Puppet.

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

**Physical Requirements** :

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $68,000-$113,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation. ManTech’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
