National Sales Manager - Water Treatment

We are a global leader in the manufacturing of Water Treatment Products utilizing a patented ceramic core in all valve-based products for over 22 years. Manufacturing high-performance water treatment valves and treatment systems that get the results our customers want.
We are experiencing record growth in the North American market and our patented products are being accepted by many of the industry’s largest players. The Water Treatment Industry has and continues to reach double digit growth each year for the past many years with no end in sight. Our manufacturing facilities can meet and exceed the supply demand in the North American market without any disruption unlike our key competitors. We are seeking a true sales leader within this position, one who can take us beyond the next few levels to keep up with the demand for product and establishing new market locations.
Job Description:
Build a strategic vision for Distributor and Dealer growth while effectively serving
Build a professional, effective sales team promoting growth
Work closely with Vice President of Sales
Manage and grow Customer Service Organization
Work closely with data and analytics team to determine pricing strategy and model
Responsibilities:
(include but are not limited to the following):
Lead, grow and inspire a national sales team to reach strategic business goals
Create system and process to run account setup and sales process’s
Manage sales personnel and assist in oversite of managing distributors & dealers
Establish and oversee world-class customer service
Introduce new programs and sales practices to throughout all channels
Order production for supply and demand within the marketplace
Job Skills and Qualifications Required:
Ideal candidate will have extensive sales leadership and experience building, establishing and selling to a network of Distributors and Dealers preferably in the Water Treatment Industry
Proven experience setting up standards and practices for a sales organization
Key Account Management experience
P&L responsibility
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain effective in high-pressure dynamic situations
