Job Summary:
This job is a part-time to full-timeevening position and must be available evenings and weekends. Responsible for providing and maintaining a clean, positive, and enjoyable experience for all members and guests at the Capital City Tennis center.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Daily cleaning duties
Acknowledge members and guests promptly when they enter and leave the Tennis center
Receive incoming phone calls, answer questions
Communicate effectively with great customer service to the members
Responsible for the sale of all pro shop and merchandise in the Tennis center
Perform other duties as require
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Great customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook)
Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts
CRP/AED certification
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Show strong interest and comfortability in the fitness and health field
Excellent multi-tasker
Detail orientated with cleaning and organization
Pay relative to experience, $15 minimum -Attendant position ONLY
