· **Collaboration and Communication** : Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and provide support. Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
· **Stay Updated on BI Trends** : Keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Implementing new tools or methodologies to enhance BI capabilities within the organization.
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience
+ Experience in Power BI and SQL preferred
• Able to maintain confidentiality and to prioritize between multiple tasks
• Ability to interface and collaborate with people throughout the company on a regular basis
• Must be highly organized
• Strong presentation skills
