Job Description

SPX Corporation is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner with HR and business leaders worldwide on compensation strategy and policy execution. You will serve as a subject matter expert for base pay administration, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary survey participation to ensure market alignment.

You will lead analyses, governance, and systems updates to ensure competitive pay structures and effective incentive programs across regions, with a hybrid onsite work
