We are looking for aWarehouse Associate who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • S hipping and receiving , unloading trucks, checking in merchandis e . Report ing any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Accurately s ort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, col or , or product code.
  • Assist customers to fulfil their order.
  • M aintain stock levels and provide feedback to management regarding low stock issues.
  • Perform daily inventory cycle counts.
  • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
  • Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization .
  • Communicate and cooperate with management and coworkers.
  • Keep the warehouse and work area organized at all times.
  • Safely operate and maintain the warehouse vehicles and equipment in the work area .

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and five years of proven working experience in warehouse and distribution.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Good o rganizational and time management skills
  • Mathematical and Reasoning Skills
  • Technical Capacity
  • Thor oughness

Physical Demands

  • Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs . unassisted
  • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
  • Position spends majority of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
  • Position requires climbing of ladders for top-level selection
