Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about leveraging agentic software development tools such as Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar AI-powered platforms to rapidly design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end product features spanning micro-frontend applications and Java Spring backend services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features from concept to production.

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot and Python.

Utilize AI-powered development tools including Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.

Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.

Apply object-oriented design, Clean Code practices, and SOLID principles.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Ensure code quality through test-driven development (TDD).

Validate and verify AI-generated code by creating comprehensive test strategies, ensuring functional correctness, security compliance, performance standards, and maintainability before deployment to production.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience building full-stack web applications.

Hands-on experience with Java, Angular, React or Stencil.

Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS.

Strong understanding of defensive programming practices and 12-Factor App principles for microservices.

Deeper knowledge on relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
