Host (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $19$25 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Host to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.

Understand and accommodate guests' dining needs.

Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times.

Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow.

Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.

Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions.

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders.

Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
