What You Will Do
As a senior-level team member, you willleverageyour engineering experience and real-world projectexpertiseto support critical aspects of the design and delivery of Clark Pacific products and services.
This may include:
Shapingand influencingstrategies to develop and deliver complex systems anddriving towardsuccessful project outcomes
Acting as a coach and mentor otherteam membersby sharing technicalexpertise
Participatingin client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
Shape the future of industrialized construction – your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk
What You Bring:
7+ years ofsenior-level professionalwithengineering experience
Astrong technical foundationwith an interestin expandingyourimpact beyond traditional design responsibilities
Ability to apply engineeringexpertiseto influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Structural Engineering,IndustrialEngineeringor a related engineering disciplinerequired
PE or SE License requiredor the ability to obtain within 2 years.

The base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $275, 000 . Base pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience,locationand other job-related factors. Base pay is onecomponentof Clark Pacific’s Total Rewards program, which is intended to compensate and recognize team members for their contributions to our success.
