Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Managing C suite calendars and emails.

Manage complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and anticipate executive needs

Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials

Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

Track key projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items

Support event planning, board meetings, and executive-level initiatives

Improve administrative processes and implement organizational systems

Qualifications 5–7 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism and discretion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proactive and self-motivated

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
