I'm working with a reputable South Florida contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex institutional renovation projects within occupied and active facilities .

This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who excels in coordinating renovations while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations and maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
Manage project execution in accordance with plans and contract documents
Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings
Provide daily reports and progress updates
Assist with schedule management and RFI coordination
Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are achieved
Requirements:
5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
Proven experience delivering institutional xsgimln renovation projects in occupied buildings
Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, logistics, and client coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple trades in an active operational environment
Must reside within a reasonable commute of the Miami-Dade area
