Position Summary:

This position manages and coordinates a variety of departmental projects, activities, reports, schedules, and data collection and management. Provides admin and project support to a large departmental staff. Manages multiple large, complex projects across the organization. Responsible for maintaining all procedural and administrative aspects of the project and serving as the designated point of contact for issues. Projects include, but are not limited to, overseeing the assessment and evaluation processes and detailed analysis that leads to recommendations.

Shift: Full-time, Day shift (40 hours), 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required. Eight years of proven experience in specific jobs requiring high-caliber thinking and accountability may substitute for a degree.

Work Experience:

  • It requires 2 years of related administrative-level experience to prepare complex reports, analyze data, and solve problems with high accountability and critical thinking (8 years without a bachelor's degree).
  • Able to understand departmental and Hospital policies and procedures, budget verification and analysis, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information in various situations.

Salary Range: Minimum 20.52/hour - Maximum 33.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
