Warehouse Associate IReports To: Operations ManagerLocation: Irving, TXOverview:The Warehouse Associate efficiently picks and packages orders per specifications. This role involves a variety of physically demanding tasks, including loading boxes onto carts and unloading them onto trailers for shipping. The Warehouse Associate may also be assigned to other duties as needed to meet operational requirements. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.Pick orders using a handheld scanner, walking along the pick line, and loading product onto designated cart.Pack orders by using a handheld scanner and PC to confirm the correct items are carefully placed in boxes.Count and pack small boxes into shipping boxes, place shipping labels on box appropriately.Rotate into various positions as required by operations/production needs.Understand and execute all required documentation and work instructions.Attention to detail, ability to lift, move up to 25 lbs safely with or without accommodation for a full shift including potential overtime hours, and occasionally lift/move boxes up to 35 lbs.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time full shift and including overtime hours.Ability to bend, crouch and pivot for up to 75% of the time.Recognize how cycle counts work and help maintain pick lines accurately.Ability to spot errors while picking or packing to reduce warehouse errors.Know all production builds and processes.Ability to read, write, and speak in EnglishMaintain appropriate behavior with coworkers and management.Follow all processes and safety requirements.Report to work on time and maintain company attendance standards.Lead by example and be a proactive employee by upholding the Revision values and keeping a positive attitude.
