Summary
The Associate Manager, Packaging Development supports innovative packaging development for gifting, limited-edition programs, and sampling initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality packaging from concept through execution, with an emphasis on distinctive and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop gift sets, GWP, sampling formats, and supporting packaging collateral.
Partner with Packaging Design, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to turn concepts into commercially viable packaging.
Manage packaging programs, milestones, and vendor relationships from concept through execution.
Identify emerging packaging capabilities, sustainable solutions, materials, and industry trends.
Support technical requirements, including transit and homologation testing.
Requirements
BS/BA degree in Package Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related engineering field.
At least 3 years of relevant packaging development experience; gifting experience preferred.
Broad, in-depth knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
Proficiency with MS Office; CAD literacy is a plus.
