Business Unit BSA - Logistics and Supply Chain Management Factory Warehouses Management Level Non-Management Job Category Supply Chain & Procurement Position Summary Moves and stores materials/products using a combination of manual labor and low complexity machinery/equipment (e.g., forklifts and conveyors) Warehouse Operators to join their manufacturing team in Wilson, NC.

Responsibilities Handling and maintaining flow of materials and products according to established guidelines

Logging the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and products

Operating low complexity motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment

Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience

SCHEDULE Full-time 12-hour, day or night shiftwork. Scheduled to work 14 out of 28 calendar days.

Day Schedule Week 1: 7am – 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)

Day Schedule Week 2: 7am – 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)

Night Schedule Week 1: 7pm – 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay)

Night Schedule Week 2: 7pm – 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)

WAGE Starting wage is $20.60 per hour with raises every 3 - 6 months, with a top pay of $26.09 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree.
