Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale multifamily and commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution related to schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.This is an opportunity to join a well-established, growth-oriented organization with a strong reputation in complex mechanical construction and long-term career advancement.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multifamily and commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completionDevelop project schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies in collaboration with field and operations teamsMonitor project financials, including budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost trackingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment procurement, and material deliveriesConduct preconstruction and project planning meetings while driving accountability on action itemsMaintain communication with clients, field leadership, and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and challengesReview project reports and proactively identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectivesManage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentationPerform site visits, progress reviews, and quality inspections throughout the lifecycle of the projectSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial mechanical constructionMultifamily project experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of project financial management, xhyhwjd scheduling, and construction operationsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skillsExperience coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and ownership teamsWhat's OfferedCompetitive compensation packageBonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageLong-term career growth with a stable and expanding contractorCollaborative culture focused on leadership development and operational excellence
