Job Details Job Location: Nashville, TN 37211
Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 Hourly
NDI Office Furniture, LLC is looking for a full-time customer support team member in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities Answer the heavy flow of inbound phone calls & emails. Strong mathematical skills.
Order entry, follow-ups, researching product, expediting orders, and understanding truck routing.
Provide support to customers and territory managers.
Qualifications Personable and attentive
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal communicator
Problem solving skills
Familiar with the software used Epicor (P21) to connect with customers and gather their information.
