Extensive SQL Server Experience : 10+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator managing large-scale enterprise environments.

Data Center Migration : Proven expertise in migrating databases from one data center to another , ensuring zero/minimal downtime and full data integrity.

High Availability Solutions : Strong knowledge and implementation experience with Always On Availability Groups , SQL Server Replication , and Log Shipping for disaster recovery and high availability.

Performance Tuning & Optimization : Skilled in monitoring and tuning database performance using native tools (Profiler, DMVs, Query Store) and third-party utilities.

Functional DBA Role : Ability to work as a functional DBA , supporting development, QA, and production environments, including managing deployments and change controls.

Agile Collaboration : Experience working closely with Scrum Masters , Product Owners, and development teams across multiple business units.

Large-scale Application Support : Responsible for supporting 1,400+ applications dependent on SQL Server databases, with a focus on planning and executing seamless migrations.

Automation & Scripting : Proficient in PowerShell and T-SQL scripting for automation of DBA tasks, deployments, and monitoring.

Security & Compliance : Hands-on experience implementing database-level security, audits, and compliance practices (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).

Incident Management & On-Call : Participated in 24x7 on-call rotation, handling critical incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
