Principal Engineer Onsite Coppell-TX (In-Person Client Interview)Contract Period is 6 Months onlyInterview process:L1 will be with internal panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoreticalL2 will be in-person in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as neededRequired skills:Proficiency with the following skills:C#/MVC/ Web APIDesign PatternsAngular (Preferred current versions)ReactSql Server / Cosmos DbExperience with Azure ServicesExperience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)Job Description/Responsibilities:12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.Strong analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in technical field. Master's degree in a technical field is preferred.Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
