Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Own product surfaces across our WordPress platform, Cloudflare Workers, and AI tooling. You will build customer-facing features end-to-end with real autonomy.

Where you work: Hybrid. You live within commuting distance of Dallas and work from our Dallas location part of each week; the in-office schedule is agreed with you before an offer. This is not a fully remote role.

Pay: $130,000 - $165,000 / year

Most hires land between $140,000 and $152,000. The top of the band is the DFW 75th percentile for software developers and we will pay it for someone who can own a surface end-to-end from day one.

What you will do

Ship features end-to-end across PHP/WordPress, TypeScript Workers, and React-ish vanilla JS

Own one or more product surfaces (MAD SEO AI, MAD Login, MAD Biz App, the storefront)

Pair with Miguel on architecture and review contractor work

Wire up integrations (Stripe, GBP, Google Ads, OpenAI, Anthropic)

Keep the build sane: tests where they matter, observability everywhere

What we are looking for

5+ years shipping production web apps

Strong PHP or strong TypeScript, ideally both

Comfortable in a small team where you choose the tools and own the outcome

Has shipped something you are proud of (link it)
