Experienced Construction Manager

Allstates Consulting Services is looking for experienced construction managers to oversee outside plant installation and construction services in Memphis, Tennessee. You will oversee and perform tasks associated with aerial and underground construction, splicing of fiber optic cable for large scale fiber build. We are looking for local CMs who live within 45 min of Memphis, or open to relocation.

Must have 5+ years of splicing experience as a CM overseeing fiber network (not inside plant). Aerial and pedestal (ground) installations, subcontract crews and internal technicians. Pay in the $37 to $40 an hour range DOE. All full time W2 positions with benefits to include 401K W match, medical, dental LT and ST disability insurance etc...

These are full time, W2 positions with steady work. We are only considering experienced CMs who have the ability to lead crews, push project timelines, read and understand prints and can troubleshoot large networks and assign tasks to techs on complicated troubleshooting of those networks. We may possible be able to get a relocation package for serious candidates.
