Job Description
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Drive project planning, procurement, and risk management efforts.
- Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee and mentor project engineers and support staff.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of CM at Risk delivery methods and preconstruction services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
